Getting Started with Bid Refinery
Welcome to Bid Refinery — the AI-powered platform that turns tender packs into winning submissions. This guide walks you through your first project from login to draft.
Step 1: Create your account
Sign up at bidrefinery.com. You can use email/password or sign in with Google. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately — no credit card required.
Step 2: Go to your Dashboard
After signing in you land on the Dashboard. This is your home base for all projects.
Step 3: Upload a tender
Click New Project and upload your tender document. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, and XLSX up to 50 MB. Bid Refinery will extract text, identify requirements, and structure them automatically.
Step 4: Review extracted requirements
Once processing completes (usually under 2 minutes), click into the project to see the extracted requirements organised by type: Mandatory, Scoring, Attachment, Policy, and more. Edit any requirement that needs adjustment.
Step 5: Add library evidence
Under the Library tab, upload your approved evidence files — capability statements, case studies, certifications. These become the grounding for every AI-generated response.
Step 6: Generate your draft
Click Generate Draft. The AI writes each response section citing your actual library evidence. Sections appear as they complete — no waiting for the whole document.
Step 7: Review and export
Edit individual sections inline, run quality checks, then export to DOCX or PDF when ready.
